It is important to have a balanced diet although having a splurge once in a while can’t hurt just don’t eat too many processed or fried foods. Those foods can actually cause some serious complications not only to your health but to vision as well.
Add as many foods with Vitamins A, B, C, D and E to your diet because these are the nutrients that your body needs. Another good choice that have good nutrient content are raisins, pecans, sunflower seeds, soy beans, liver and apricots.
Another important factor is keep the natural pH balance in the body which means it has an equal amount of both acid and alkaline. Too much acid means that uric crystals can develop around joints resulting in arthritis.
